Benefits and Redemptions

Regarding benefits and redemptions:

• Benefits are subject to the terms and expiration dates specified by each participating vendor
• Benefit passes are personal, non-transferable digital passes
• Participating vendors verify QR codes and pass eligibility prior to redemption
• Fraudulent redemption attempts or sharing unauthorized passes may result in account suspension
• Offer terms, discounts, and availability are maintained directly by verified vendors

Vendor Agreements & Standards

Vendors must:

• Comply with platform verified vendor standards
• Provide accurate pricing, services, and redemption conditions
• Honor all active, published benefits presented by members and verified visitors
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of validation keys and scan mechanisms

Limitation of Liability

MEN(tor)™ facilitates connections between members, visitors, and independent vendors. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from services rendered directly by independent third-party vendors.
